Department Of Defense
Leave Program
The Department Of Defense takes leaves very seriously, should not be messed about with. And is not responsible with any foreign reason for a leave to happen.
Section 1, Activity Policy
The Department Of Defense requires a minimum of 2 hours a week, to be online.
Section 2, Leave Policy
Personnel who will be inactive for more than 10 days E4+ must file a Leave Request form. The Leave Request Form is located in the Main section of the forum Boards and can only be done by E4+
Anyone ranked Enlisted can be subject to discharge after 7 days of not logging in.

Personnel are authorised a maximum of 30 days of Leave which may be longer, depending if confirmed by O4+ , be taken in any increments.
Non-returning personnel shall be considered AWOL according to Pay grade tier AWOL requirements at the expiration of their Leave. They can be moved to other discharges depending on medals, ranks.
(ex. An E-5 who took 5 days of Leave, shall be considered AWOL after 12 days. 7 days after their 5 days of Leave.)
Personnel Time in Service shall be frozen upon granted Leave and continue upon return to Active Duty. They CANNOT join any other military in this time.
Section 3, AWOL Policy
Any personnel ranked E-1 to E-4 who does show log into Habbo and/or DoD Forums, and perform duties for the Department Of Defense for more more than 7 consecutive days without Granted Leave will be dishonourably discharged for Absent Without Leave (AWOL).
personnel ranked E-4 to O-10 who are Absent without Leave for more than 10 days shall be subject to AWOL/DD..
Section 4, Resignation Policy
All Personnel who wish to leave the group and be considered Honourably Discharged must file a Resignation form will acknowledge the receipt of Resignation by removing all badges from the resignation personnel.
Anyone resigned who leaves group badges resignation receipt will be subject to a Dishonourable Discharge for Desertion.
Section 5, Desertion Policy
Anyone who leaves to double job meaning desertion without permission will result in a DD (Dishonourable Discharge).
Section 6. United States Department of Defense Reserves Program
R1 - (Active Reserve Duty) Must log in once every 7 days, if longer than a period of 30 days the office command position will be lost. Only people up to O5 are allowed to request R1. They must add "R1*" to the start of their motto. They must commit at least 2 hours of work within 7 days. Failure to abide these will result in a discharge.
R2 - Required to log in once every 15 days. Command position will be lost. They can have a maximum of 40 days off duty. Time in Service is stopped and people ranked E6+ may request this. Unless given permission by NPC command.
R3 - This is where anyone who needs to go on reserve under the terms of the office Command/BHNCO
R4 - This is for anyone who is going on reserve under the command by an NPC officer otherwise OSD/Flag Grade officer's.
To request a reserve speak to a member of NPC, otherwise your Branch Head NCO (BHNCO).

Anyone who cannot meet the activity standards of the Department Of Defense, can apply for a reserve, meaning they are more inactive, they have a big chance of been removed from any MOS/Office within DoD, but this doesn't always happen.
Reserves must add RV Add some place in motto for e.g *RV* USN - Admiral, CJCS. ¥¥¥¥ (////)
Section 7, Return to Active Duty
While on leave if the person want's a return they may but policy may restrict a small part, within DoD.
Personnel whom wish to Return to Duty shall notify the NPC command, if they are without a Office. Personnel within a career shall notify their Command team to initiate Return to Duty.
Upon notification of Active Duty status, Airmen's Time in Service continues and regular activity guidelines commence.
Section 8, reinstatement packages
Dependant on what articles you breached to get a discharge the Department of Defense can offer reinstatement's to personnel who previously worked here wishing to join back.
When you are first discharged, depending on the time frame of which you decided to join back, usually if under 14-30 days you could be subject to -1 rank. In the case that it is longer than 30 days you will receive a -2 rank demotion.
A second reinstatement will result in a -3 rank at a minimum unless decided upon OJAG and may be promotion locked.
A third reinstatement will result in reenlistment .
